About this policy
This policy covers the Superbrain introduction website, its optional launch waitlist, and invitation-only text chat with Axo. Joining the waitlist does not create a chat account. The Android app is in development and has no public download.
For information collected when you visit this site or join the list, read Website and waitlist. The account, conversation and memory sections apply when you use the private chat.
Contact Superbrain at support@superbrainapp.com about the handling of your information. Google, OpenAI and our hosting providers also process information as described below.
Information we process
- Account and sign-in
- Google and Firebase Authentication process your sign-in identity, which can include your account ID, email address, name, profile picture, and authentication information. Superbrain uses an account identifier to associate you with your records. Our app server does not maintain a separate copy of your Google profile name or photo.
- Conversations and memory
- The text you send, Axo’s replies, conversation timestamps, saved memories, memory revisions, and memory suggestions. We also summarize earlier conversations so Axo can continue with relevant context. Messages can contain personal or sensitive information you choose to share.
- Technical information
- A reference code for each message, reply progress and errors, the AI model used and the version of the instructions that guide Axo's replies, how much text was processed and produced, and the estimated cost of generating a reply. Our hosting providers may record your IP address, browser or device details, and connection logs to run and protect their services.
- When you contact us
- We use the contact details and messages you provide, including information needed to identify your account and handle your request.
Unsent drafts stay on your device until you send them. The chat keeps drafts and messages waiting to send in temporary browser storage. Messages you submit are processed with the context described below. Avoid including passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or other people's sensitive information.
Why we process it
We use account and conversation information to sign you in, generate replies, restore your history, bring relevant earlier details into a conversation, and let you manage saved memories. Technical records help us avoid sending a message twice, manage usage limits, find the cause of errors, and keep the service working.
The private chat has no advertising or analytics tools. It does not collect payment-card information or offer subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information or use it to target advertising.
Where European data protection law applies, we process the information needed to provide the chat you request on the basis of providing that service. We rely on our legitimate interests to protect the service from misuse and keep it reliable, and on your consent to send waitlist launch news. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. You can withdraw permission for launch news using your unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
AI and service providers
- OpenAI Replies and conversation summaries
- We send your message and relevant context to OpenAI to generate Axo's reply. That context can include earlier messages, approved memories and conversation summaries. OpenAI also processes selected earlier messages to create those summaries.
- Google / Firebase Authentication
- Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication identify your account and manage authentication. Their services receive the information needed for sign-in and security. See Firebase’s privacy and security information and Google’s privacy policy.
- Railway App hosting and database
- Railway runs the services that keep chat working and stores your Superbrain records. See Railway’s privacy policy.
OpenAI states that information sent through its API is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. We ask OpenAI not to save these requests as ongoing conversations. OpenAI may still keep content in security logs, normally for up to 30 days, with legal or security exceptions. Temporary copies used to speed up replies may also remain. These settings do not mean immediate deletion. See OpenAI's data controls.
The app server and database are hosted in the United States. Firebase Authentication also processes sign-in information in the United States. OpenAI and other service providers may process information outside your country; this service does not keep all processing within the EU. The providers' privacy information and transfer terms explain their handling of international data transfers: Firebase, OpenAI and Railway. Contact us if you need information about a transfer affecting your data.
We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service or others. Conversations are not displayed publicly by the app.
Your memory controls
Saved personal memories require an explicit save request or your approval of a suggestion. Automatic conversation summaries are separate from saved personal memories.
/memorieslists your saved memories./remember name: detailsaves or replaces a memory with that name./forget nameremoves that memory, its revisions, and related suggestions./suggestionslists suggestions; you can approve or dismiss them through chat.
Forgetting a memory does not erase your conversation history. Earlier messages, existing summaries, and information already sent to a provider remain separate records. We keep the memory's name and when you removed it to prevent an old suggestion from restoring it.
Retention and deletion
Saved memories stay in our database until you remove them through chat or request app-data deletion. Conversations, summaries and technical records stay until app-data deletion. Inactive accounts and old conversations do not expire automatically.
Deleting your app data removes your content from the active database. We keep your account ID and when it was deleted to prevent that account from being recreated automatically. This record has no automatic expiry and contains no conversation content.
Deleting app data does not delete your Google account, Firebase sign-in record, provider security logs or copies in hosting backups. Those systems retain information separately under their own policies; deletion from the active app database is not immediate removal from every system.
To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email support@superbrainapp.com from the Google email used for chat and describe your request. We may ask you to verify account ownership. The chat screen does not provide account export or deletion buttons. Closing the app or clearing browser data does not delete information stored by the service.
Storage and security
The chat uses temporary browser storage for your sign-in session, drafts and messages waiting to send. Firebase and Google may also use browser storage or cookies for sign-in. Clearing this site's browser data can end your session and remove drafts; it does not delete stored conversations.
Hosted connections use HTTPS. We check that you are signed in and that the conversations and memories you access belong to your account. Superbrain and its AI provider process conversation content, so messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
No transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security. Use a device and Google account you trust, particularly if you discuss personal information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, receive a portable copy of, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You can raise a request with the privacy contact below. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting information. Do not send your password or authentication token. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Axo generates conversational replies. The current app does not use those replies to make decisions about your eligibility for employment, lending, housing, or similar services.
Changes to the service
This policy describes the website, waitlist and private text chat available here. The planned Android app includes features that are not part of this chat, such as voice, images, external search, notifications and subscriptions. We will explain changes to data handling and request any necessary permission before introducing those features.
Website and waitlist
The optional launch waitlist collects your email address, the time you joined, and a record of which permission wording you agreed to for launch news. It is separate from chat and does not create an app account. Your email is used for Superbrain launch news; it is not sent to an AI model.
The waitlist is stored in our database on Railway. Your first signup provides a private unsubscribe link. Use the Copy unsubscribe link button to keep it somewhere safe; we do not send a confirmation email. Opening the link asks you to confirm before removing your email and consent from the active list. Joining again does not replace that link. If you lose it, email support@superbrainapp.com from the address you used to join and ask to leave. Copies in hosting backups may remain separately from the active list.
We keep your signup until you leave the list or the launch waitlist closes. Only people authorized to manage Superbrain launch news can view or download the email list. If you email us, we use your correspondence to respond and keep a record of the request.
This website uses no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts, artwork and the 3D preview are served from the site. We limit repeated submissions to prevent misuse. Your IP address is not stored with your waitlist signup.
The public website and database are hosted on Railway. OpenAI Sites sends visitors from trysuperbrain.app to this website. These providers may use connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to load and protect the website. See Railway’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
